Let’s face it. We put everyone else before ourselves. We do everything for the ones we love. No matters what it takes... we’ll get it done. We just do. So what happens to doing things for ourselves? That’s a completely different story. It takes last place on our list. Always.

And while that might not seem like a big deal right now we forget we are not invincible. We forget that not thinking about ourselves might do more to the people we love than we realize.

So what if we change that? What if we harness the power that the people we love have on us to get things done? What if we create a movement built on that? That inspired women to support each other in remembering how much it matters to stop and care for ourselves. ...And actually get it done.
